Temecula Wine Country Blending Experience

Let dad be a winemaker for the day! When you book our Blending lab Experience, you’ll be guided through a step-by-step process to taste four varietals of young, red wine taken straight from the barrel. With the help of our BOTTAIA experts, you’ll create three separate red blends and taste them as you work. Once you identify your favorite blend, we’ll bottle, cork, and capsule it on the spot for you to take home.

You'll even receive a glass of your personalized blend to enjoy after your session. Remember, aging is part of the winemaking process; we recommend letting your wine age for at least one year before opening.
