Easy-breezy BOTTAIA Wine + Cheese Pairings for Spring

With longer days and warmer weather on the way, it’s time to start planning fun, festive food and wine pairings that are best-enjoyed al fresco. What better way to keep it simple than by combining your favorite BOTTAIA bottles with an elegant cheese board?

A good rule of thumb: go with wines that are more acidic and sweeter than the cheese you’ll be serving.

Charcuterie and Wine Pairing

You don’t need to be a professional sommelier in order to impress your guests—we’ll be sharing accessible cheese and wine pairing tips year-round so that you can spend more time doing other things like sipping our Toppano, Sangiovese, Arneis, and Fiano. Check out this first installment of our cheese pairings, featuring four of our BOTTAIA white wines.
