Seating is limited, and advance reservations are highly recommended for all experiences. Walk-in Members and guests will be seated based on availability. Please understand if there is a waitlist due to business levels exceeding our reduced occupancy.

BOTTAIA is a 21+ winery. We welcome guests of all ages at The Pool Café + Cocktail Bar.

POOL FAQ

Q: Are children allowed at The Pool at BOTTAIA?
A: Of course! All ages are welcome, and children ages 0-3 receive complimentary entrance.

Q: Are children allowed to be at the pool by themselves?
A: Children must be with their parent or guardian at all times.

Q: Do children age 4 and over have to pay?
A: Yes. Children ages 4 and over must pay standard guest pricing. 

Q: What if my children will be swimming and therefore don’t need a chaise?
A: All guests including children ages 4 and over are required to have a reserved chaise while using the Pool at BOTTAIA. Children ages 3 and under don’t require their own chaise. A total of 3 children ages 3 and under receive complimentary entry with a paying adult.

Q: If I rent a cabine, how many guests can I bring with me?
A: Each cabine reservation comes with a total of 2 guest passes for guests ages 4+. There is no charge for up to 3 children per paying adult 3 years of age and under. Children 3 years of age and under will not receive their own chaise lounge.

Q: If I'm at the pool, do I have to come up to the Pool Café & Bar to pick up my drink order?
A: No; we're happy to serve you poolside!

Q: Should I bring my own towels & toiletries?
A: We provide towels to all pool guests as well as shower amenities for those renting a cabine. Guests cannot bring in outside towels to the Pool at BOTTAIA. 

Q: Is picnicking allowed?
A: We do not allow outside food or drink, as we have our Pool Café + Cocktail Bar available for guest use. 

Q: Can I bring my own wine or BOTTAIA wine that I purchased at the Winery to the Pool?
A: No. We have BOTTAIA wine alongside a variety of local and imported wines on the menu at the Pool and Pool Café + Cocktail Bar for you to enjoy!

Q: Is the pool pet-friendly?
A: With the exception of service animals specifically verified by the ADA, we do not allow any pets on property. Please keep your pets safe at home as animals left unattended in cars will be dealt with accordingly.

Q: Can I bring a flotation device to the pool?
A: No flotation devices or toys such as rings, noodles or inflatable items of any type are allowed in the pool. Only non-inflatable Coast Guard approved life jackets or certified personal flotation devices or swim suits constructed with non-inflatable flotation supports designed for the size of the child and appropriately secured may be worn in the pool. 

Q: My child needs a flotation device to swim. Is this allowed?
A: Yes. If your child needs help swimming, please note that for safety reasons only US Coast Guard approved life jackets/vests are allowed.

Q: What is your policy for children who are not toilet-trained?
A: We require that all children who are not toilet-trained to wear a swim diaper before entering the pool. 

Q: Is there wine tasting at the pool?
A: Wine tasting is available at the Winery by reservation or walk-in based upon availability and is separate from the Pool at BOTTAIA. Guests are welcome to purchase a glass or a bottle of their choice from the Pool Café + Cocktail Bar. 

Q: Can I smoke a cigarette, cigar or e-cigarette at BOTTAIA? / What is your smoking policy?
A: BOTTAIA is a smoke-free property. We have a paved designated smoking area behind the Pool Check-In window for guest use. 

Q: How many cabines can I reserve?
A: As many as you wish, based upon availability! 

Q: Can I purchase extra pool passes for my friends or family so they can use my cabine?
A: Cabines are intended for the use of 2 guests as well as up to 2 children under the ages of 3 only. Additional guests will need to reserve a chaise lounge for pool access. Please note chaise lounges are pre-assigned, we will do our best to ensure that all chaise lounges and chairs will be near each other upon request for parties up to 8 guests. 

Q: I'm not seeing a reservation that fits my guest count, how can I ensure we are seated together?
A: We will do our best to seat parties up to 8 guests near each other upon request. We are designed to enhance without the crowds and do not encurage larger parties. Chaise lounges and cabines are pre-assigned. In the event that not all cabines or chaise passes are booked, you are welcome to request your chaise assignment to be moved. 

Q: I have 8 or less people in my group, can I request to be near each other?
A: Yes; it is not guaranteed. It's recommended to request placement at least 24 hours in advance or at the time of booking. If you can not find your ideal reservation, we're happy to help! Call us at 951-365-3388

Q: Can I purchase additional chaises?
A: Yes! Guests can purchase additional chaise lounges individually based on availibility. 

Q: If there are empty lounge chairs, can I sit in those?
A: No, chaise lounges are reserved for cabine guests and single chaise pool pass reservations all day. Cabines and chaises are assigned to guests upon entering. In the event that not all cabines or chaise passes are booked, you are welcome to purchase a cabine or chaise pool pass for use that day. 

Q: Can I reserve pool passes in advance?
A: Yes! Chaise lounge pool passes are available for purchase for single day use online through our website or day of depending upon availability at pool check-in.

Q: Can I bring my own speaker?
A: No. We have music playing throughout the pool deck.  

Q: Can I wear my swimsuit to the Pool Café + Cocktail Bar?
A: Guests are required to wear a coverup or other clothing over their swimsuit or swim trunks while dining at The Pool Café + Cocktail Bar.

Q: Can I wear a swim coverup at the Winery?
A: No. We require our Tasting Room guests to be in regular attire for access to the Winery. If you have a reservation for a tasting experience prior to your pool day, it's recommended to reserve a cabine where you can shower, change and prepare for the rest of your day.

GROUPS + LIMOUSINES

BOTTAIA Winery is designed to enhance without the crowds. We are happy to accommodate groups of up to 8 guests with advanced reservations. 

Limousines transporting groups of up to 8 guests are welcome with advanced reservation, we do not accept party buses or coach buses. Limousine companies must have a current and valid TCP license number and must also be registered with the TVWA Responsible Partners Program to be accepted on a property.  

Intoxicated guests and/or guests with outside alcohol cannot be admitted, regardless of having a written confirmation, as required by California law.
