Tasting Notes
Hints of wet stone minerality and strawberry creme. Bright acidity yet balanced with short, tart finish. Full bubble mousse that dissipates in the mouth quickly leaving the tartness on the palate.
Production Notes
Base wine fermented on site, then sent to our bottling facility for sparkling process.
Food Pairing Notes
Brie and berries, great pairing with our app trio (salted chips, marcona almonds + olives).
Other Notes
This blend is a play off our 2022 Blush of Sangiovese. We then added in the Vermentino to create a balanced and dynamic sparkling wine bursting with fruit and minerality.
