A communal experience seating a maximum of 8 guests per table, please allow 1.25 -2 hours for this indoor experience (dependent on group size)

To book an additional experience, a separate reservation must be made.

Taste six estate wines from the bottle and one from the barrel. Experience the effects of barrel and bottle age on Italian varieties and learn how these grapes are grown within our estate.
Wine Blending Lab
Become a winemaker for a day in our professional blending lab, where you'll craft three unique red blends from four barreled wines. With precise measurements and expert guidance, bottle, cork, and take home your personalized blend, immersing yourself in the craft of winemaking.
Members Terrace
Enjoy the best vineyard views in Southern California. The Outdoor Terrace is covered by a soaring roof + overlooks the vineyards extending as far as the eye can see.
