Harvested in late August to retain higher acidity before fruit is fully mature and pressed whole cluster. Wine was gently pressed to retain light pink hue. Tank fermented at cool temp and aged in stainless steel.

The 2022 estate Blush is bright + fruit forward. Focusing on balance and consistency, the vineyard team brought in the fruit as the first pass of the vineyard and winemaking team put it directly into press.
