Lemon Lime + Lemon grass on the nose with tastes of key lime, orange blossom + honeydew melon with crisp, high, clean acidity, medium body.
Vineyard Notes
Block 44 Vermentino on the eastern edge of our property grows beautiful fruit. The berries of this varietal are particularly suited to the Temecula terroir.
Food Pairing Notes
The Citrus notes in the varietal pair well with lighter dishes such as ceviche and prosciutto. Or a hot summer Temecula day!
Production
We brought in this beautiful fruit at the end of August 2017 and fermented it slow and cold in stainless steel.
