Wine Profile
Tasting Notes
Sweet apple + cotton candy on the nose. Dry + pleasant. Nice with delicious orange flavors.
Production Notes
The Pecorino in this wine was floated resulting in a dry wine.
Winemaker Notes
"There is a buttery and macadamia sweetness in the nose. The flavors are broad and incredibly delicious with hints of sweet citrus. Pleasing at first sip, the wine just blooms seconds after to a bright finish. Quite a few seconds after the sip has left your mouth there is a reprise of jasmine flowers." – WINEMAKER DON CRANK III
